Dear performers and parents,

Thank you for your support for our Festival Week. The following shows have been cancelled as recommended by the Department of Health:

A Bug’s Life (18 June)

Fame (19-20 June)

Star Factor (21 June)

Please note the refund procedure for tickets. All refunds must be submitted from 24 June 2009 to 21 July 2009.

Hong Kong Ticketing (HKT) will handle all ticket refunds for tickets sold via HKT sales channels. Kids’ Gallery and Face Productions will handle refunds of all other tickets not sold via HKT. 

Tickets purchased via the HKT network (cash)
Take the cancelled show tickets to the HKT Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and complete the Cash Refund Application Form. Cash will be refunded.
(Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 11.00am to 7:00pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays).

Tickets purchased via the HKT network (credit card)
A full refund will automatically be credited to the same credit card account used for ticket purchase within 30 days.

Tickets purchased via Kids’ Gallery or Face Productions
Take the cancelled tickets to our centre and cash will be refunded.
