Phonics Foundation™ Stage 1 provides a strong basis in phonenic awareness and introduces students to identifying the relationship between sounds and their symbols. Role-play, movement activities, phonemic awareness games, and action picture cards related to phonics, harness phonemic understanding of sound patterns and help provide stimulation in order to improve reading, spelling and speaking skills.

Phonics Foundation™ Stage 2 helps build multiple skills in language development (speaking, writing, listening and reading) and increases knowledge of phonics, by introducing more complicated sound and spelling patterns to identify the relationship between the spoken and written word. Role-play, movement activities, phonemic awareness games, and action picture cards, harness phonemic understanding and help provide stimulation.

Phonics Foundation™ Stage 3 assumes a good understanding of phonics. The course introduces the different spelling patterns that make up long vowels in English, as well as teaching pronounciation and spelling of irregular sound patterns, and how to identify these in more complicated words. This is an excellent continuation course in phonics or a refresher course to improve general spelling, pronunciation and reading skills.
