  WHAT’S NEXT?  
     
  If you believe that you could work with us in operating a KG Group franchise, then these are the steps involved:  
     
  Step 1 - Find out more  
     
  Read through and familiarise yourself with this Franchise Information Pack; visit our website at www.kidsgallery.com and, if you have not yet done so, contact us to arrange a visit to a KG Group centre.  
     
  Step 2 - Personal and business analysis  
     
  Ask yourself if owning and operating a franchise centre would be the right choice for you; analyse your own abilities and desire to follow this path; discuss with your family and/or business partners.  
     
  Step 3 - Complete the Franchise Assessment Form  
     
  Answer the questions on the form and send it back to us. This will help us both to see if we would be the right partners for each other.  
     
  Step 4 - Franchisor approval process  
     
  With your prior approval, we will check references, credit, and carry out other background checks to evaluate your potential as a franchisee.  
     
  Step 5 - Franchisor disclosure  
     
  At this stage we will provide you with additional information and legal documents to enable you to evaluate our potential partnership further.  
     
  Step 6 - Mutual agreement  
     
 

This is the time for detailed discussion of financing, franchise site selection, market segmentation, course selection, equipment, training, and other questions you might have before we each make our final decisions.

  
     
  Step 7 - Complete final approval process  
     
  Once final mutual agreement is made, formal approval obtained, and the franchise agreement signed, we can press on with scheduling the opening of your own centre.  
     
  Step 8 - Your own centre!  
     
  With a full set of centre operations information manuals, systems in place, and both initial and ongoing training and support, you can be fully operational in a matter of weeks.
