Students produce a portfolio of coursework focusing on drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, design, and illustration. The aim is on developing students’ ability to express themselves aesthetically whilst understanding visual logic. Instructions, guidance, and practice is provided for students preparing portfolios for HKCEE, GCSE, and IB Visual Art exams. Each class is 1.5 hours long.

Our young designers are introduced to techniques such as logo design, font design, typography, page layout, and illustration. These disciplines are applied across a range of stimulating projects including product packaging, movie poster layout, book cover design, and others. Pencils, illustration pens, graphic markers, rulers, precision cutting instruments, compasses, and gouache paint are just some of the exciting media and tools that students will become adept with.
