Masters at work on their
professional portfolios

The arts help young people develop artistically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. For serious students our Artists’ Circle offers the opportunity to prepare their portfolios for HKCEE, GCSE, IB Visual Arts examinations or other public exams.

Whilst students enrol for the exams through their regular schools, Kids’ Gallery provides both the tutoring and the creative guidance for their course work. Students Cherry Poon and Carol Yim, from St Paul’s Co-Educational College, are presently preparing for the HKCEE examination, led by our qualified and experienced teachers. Although projects are structured, they also allow for individual interpretation and direction, developing self-discipline and responsibility in students. Participants create a diverse portfolio of finished pieces, including paintings, drawings, sculptures and investigative sketchbooks, as well as the ability to successfully critique their own and others’ work. Public exhibition opportunities for students’ artworks are also arranged.

All students, aged 10 years and above, may submit their artwork for consideration. For further information, please contact our Administration team on 2501 4842.
