Background
The International Culture Exchange (Hong Kong) (ICEHK) has organised a drawing and painting competition. Its objectives are to encourage the new generation, to enhance their self-confidence, and to promote universal unity and harmony. The theme for this competition is 'Live Under the Rainbow of Harmony'.

All of us in the Visual Arts Department strongly encourage all budding artists to take part. What's more, if you would like advice, guidance, tips and inspiration regarding your piece of art, we can help you! If you are aged between 3 to 19 years and would like to get involved, enquire now about our private classes.
