Our Management Training Programme for university graduates is geared towards creative, curious, confident grads eager to learn business skills in a dynamic and nurturing community.

In your two years as a Management Trainee, you’ll spend six months working in four of the teams below.

By the end of your tailored programme, you’ll be in high demand. Depending on your performance, individual teams may offer you full-time roles, empowering you to specialise and grow in your area of choice. As a Management Trainee, you’ll also receive a competitive salary and benefits package, business and leadership training, technical and soft skills training, mentorship from various levels of the org, networking opportunities, and one-on-one career consultations.

Finance + Strategy

Learn how a business operates its way to a bottom line by working with our accountants and finance team at HQ. Take ownership over converting the minutiae of finance into the execution of wide-scale strategic growth.

Marketing + Communications

Meet the demands of the KG Group’s wide variety of stakeholders and customers by creating a diverse range of marketing materials and analysing complex data to better understand how the KG Group can serve its community.


Teaching + Curriculum

Get your hands dirty and work with students to papier mâché and sashay their ways to success. Teach your own talents — be they musical theatre or design and technology — while undergoing rigorous training in child development and pedagogy.

Client Engagement

The face of the KG Group is our Client Engagement team. They know our parents and students, partners and stakeholders, and define course offerings through translating analytical data into strong communication skills.


Culture + Human Capital

People are at the core of the KG Group. We are nothing without our educators and innovators. Develop internal training, work in human resource management, and execute initiatives with our culture and human capital team.

Productions + Events

We’re renowned for our spectacles, productions, and events. Be part of the logistical and strategic decisions, devise and execute innovative plans, and pull off extravaganzas for hundreds of students and community members.

Business Development

Actively seek out and take advantage of business opportunities in Hong Kong and internationally with our Business Development team as we execute outreach strategies and find new ways to improve children’s lives and learning through arts education.

Tech + Innovations

Learn front-end development, data analytics, UX design, the Adobe Creative Suite, and more by building products and services with the Tech and Innovations team. You’ll work closely with all other teams across the KG Group.

  • You’re a permanent resident or have a valid visa or identity card to work in Hong Kong

  • You’re fluent in English (bonus if you know Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university

  • You graduated from your bachelor’s degree after 2013

  • You’re creative, curious, and confident
