Our intern Programme is geared towards creative, curious, confident high school and university students eager to learn business and teaching skills in a dynamic and nurturing community.

During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to work in any of the below.

Marketing + Communications

Meet the demands of the KG Group’s wide variety of stakeholders and customers by creating a diverse range of marketing materials and conducting market research to better understand how the KG Group can serve its community.


Teaching + Curriculum

Get your hands dirty and work with students to papier mâche and sashay their ways to success. Teach your own hobbies — be they musical theatre or design and technology — while undergoing rigorous training in child development and pedagogy.

Client Engagement

The face of the KG Group is our Client Engagement team. They know our parents and students, partners and stakeholders, and define course offerings through translating analytical data into strong communication skills.



See how a production makes its way to the stage by understanding the nuts and bolts of ticketing, costume and props distribution, stage management, and logistical operations… all with the added bonus of working with young performers.

Event management

We’re renowned for our spectacles, productions, and events that enthral and educate children. Be part of the logistical and strategic decisions and help pull off extravaganzas for hundreds of students and community members.

Finance + Strategy

Learn how a business operates its way to a bottom line by working with our accountants and finance team at HQ. Take ownership over converting the minutiae of finance into the execution of wide-scale strategic growth.

Round 1: Submit an application online.
Round 2: Submit your CV and other supplementary documents.
Round 3: Attend Campus Day to meet the teams, tour the org, ask questions, and interview with us.



  • You’re a permanent resident or have a valid visa or identity card to work in Hong Kong

  • You’re fluent in English (a big plus if you know Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

  • You’re studying in high school or at university

  • You’re creative, curious, and confident
