The Trinity College London Musical Theatre In-Production Exam offers students with a unique opportunity to be assessed and awarded for their on-stage performance with professional stage and production elements. Kids’ Gallery is one of very few children theatre education institutions in Hong Kong that can produce productions of this scale. Different from other awards and exams, this is a perfect way to recognise and celebrate your child’s hard work in our summer intensive musical theatre 2-week camp.

Step into the shoes of superheroes, step up onto the stage, and into the ring, where superheroes come together to see who is the best of the best! Nothing is as we anticipate — but, it’s a contest filled with challenges, transformation and a journey in discovering the unapologetic superpowers that we all have!

27 July - 7 August (Mon-Fri)
10 Days (2-2.5 hours/day) + 13 or 14 August Rehearsals  + 15 & 16 August Performance + Exam* (*Juniors Performance Date: 15 OR 16 August)

Grade 2 | 8 year+

Age Groups:

Juniors: 2-4 years (Juniors not eligible for exam)

Initial Grade: 4-6 years

Grade 1: 6-8 years (5 years: must fulfil prerequisite of having completed Initial Grade exam via Kids’ Gallery in 2025)

Grade 2: 8+ years (7 years: must fulfil prerequisite of having completed Grade 1 exam via Kids’ Gallery in 2025)

INITIAL GRADE, GRADE 1 & 2: HK$9,980 per child (fee includes tuition, exam, costumes and production fees)

‍Class Dates: Camp B: 27 July - 7 August (Weekdays) | 2-2.5hr/day Rehearsal & Show Date(s): 12-16 Aug (TBC)

‍Application Deadline: Applications are open to all who fulfil the basic age requirement; however, due to the limited numbers of applicants we can accept, applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

‍Exam Name: Trinity Musical Theatre In-Production Examination Initial Grade, Grade 1 or Grade 2

‍Performance & Exam Venue: HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity Multi-media Theatre

‍Attendance Requirements: 80% attendance for class, and mandatory dress rehearsal

‍Ticket Price: HK$280 per person (TBC) (performers do not need a ticket for entry)

‍Show Duration: Approximately 45 minutes

‍Trinity Certificate for participants who passed exam
